Each proposed paint job must be reviewed and approved by the HPOZ staff. Repainting your home in exactly the same colors does not require a review. 

​

There is no “pre-approved” set
of colors. The “recommended” or “appropriate” colors schemes are only suggestions.

ALL new color choices, including those described by paint manufacturers as "historic," must go through the HPOZ approval process. Please see here for more information.
