JEFFERSON PARK PRESERVATION PLAN

The Jefferson Park Preservation Plan outlines design guidelines for the rehabilitation and restoration of structures, natural features, landscape and the public realm including streets, parks, street trees, and other types of development within the HPOZ. The Preservation Plan also serves as an educational tool for both existing and potential property owners, residents, and investors, and will be used by the general public to learn more about the HPOZ.

Property owners are  encouraged to consult the official Jefferson Park HPOZ Preservation Plan as well as other official codes and guidelines.  Materials presented here should not be used as a substitute for the official Jefferson Park HPOZ Preservation Plan document that also includes valuable photographs and illustrations.
